Why don't I receive an invoice for my Wallet top-ups?

Your Wallet top-ups are financial transactions in which you transfer money to your Wallet account. This is neither a service provided nor a change of ownership, which is why no invoice is issued in this case.

Please note that you will receive a separate invoice with the production and shipping costs for each order that you place via your Wallet account. This invoice is available in your dashboard and can be downloaded after shipping.
