Do my customers receive a shipment notification from you?

Currently, we do not send automatic shipping confirmations to your customers. You can find the tracking ID for each order in your Shirtee.Cloud Dashboard, and it is usually automatically transmitted to your shop system.

It depends on your shop system how shipping notifications are sent to your customers. Check the help pages of your shop system to learn about the best practices for shipping notifications.
