Why is the shipment number not updating?

As soon as an order is shipped, a tracking number is created.

However, it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be updated. This is because the shipping service providers cannot always scan the parcels immediately after collection. The volume of parcels sent every day is simply too large.

The consignment number is usually only updated at the next distribution center of the respective shipping service provider.

If the shipping status of your shipment has not changed for 14 days, we can initiate an investigation with the shipping service provider.

In this case, please contact us via our support form and provide the affected Shirtee Order ID. Don't forget to send us the corresponding invoice that you sent to your customer.
