If you handle the returns management through us, the returned goods are usually booked in within 14 days after delivery of the return.
It is important to note that only goods that are physically present can be booked in.
The delivery can only be tracked if your customers return the goods insured (a shipping number must be available).
It is best to inform your customers about this in your shop.
