Why doesn't the shipment status change?

After we have produced and dispatched your goods, the shipment status is “The shipment has been announced electronically”.

The parcels are collected twice a day on working days by the shipping service providers.

It can take up to 24 hours for the first shipment status to change.

Depending on the order volume, however, it may take longer than 24 hours for the status to change. If the status does not change even after several days, it is best to contact the shipping service provider directly. Here you will receive an update on the shipment and can provide further information if necessary. With DHL, for example, you can submit an investigation request to receive up-to-date information.
