Your order's production normally starts within 3-4 business days. However, there are situations that can lead to delays. Here are some reasons:
- Orders Received After 3 PM: Production will start on the next business day.
- Incomplete Delivery Address: Production begins only after the address is corrected.
- Adjustment of Print File Needed: Delays due to adjustments in your print file.
- Shortages of Raw Materials: Occasionally, there are delays in material procurement.
- Quality Control: Products not meeting our standards are reproduced.
- Diverse Orders: Orders with multiple products go through several departments.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination: In Germany, approximately 1-3 business days, in Europe 5-7 business days, and up to 2 months for worldwide shipments. Please note that we cannot influence the shipping time after handing over to the courier.
