How can I change the products in an order?

Not yet followed by anyone

Whether the products in an order can be changed depends on whether the order has already been synchronised or not.

Once an order has been synchronised, the products it contains can no longer be changed.

An order has been successfully synchronised as soon as it is assigned a Shirtee ID in the Cloud Order List. This means that the order has been successfully transferred to our production system.

The synchronisation of orders is triggered automatically by default as soon as all conditions are met. Orders are synchronised once.

The conditions for successful synchronisation are:

- the order is considered paid in your shop

- the delivery address is valid

- the order contains (at least one) Shirtee product(s)

- your wallet is sufficiently covered to cover the costs of production (for technical reasons some extra costs cannot be reflected in the clouds estimated production price, the actual production costs may differ from the estimated production price)

If one of your customers requests a change after the order has been synchronised, we recommend cancelling the original order in the cloud and creating a new, manual order via your shop.

There is also the option of synchronising the orders manually.

To do this, simply call up the main page of your connection in the cloud:

Orders that have not yet been synchronised can be adjusted in your shop

If you have selected the manual synchronisation of orders, you can edit the order in your shop until you initiate the fulfilment of the order manually.

All changes you make before the fulfilment request are also sent to us.

If you have selected manual synchronisation, please remember to do this regularly.
