What is the difference between a complaint and a return?


Basically, both are returns, but for different reasons. If a product does not arrive in perfect condition with you or your customer, i.e. if there is a production defect, this is clearly a complaint! Of course, in this case, we will take care of it. Here you can find out how.

If your customers do not like the colour or the size does not fit, this is a return. As a shop owner, you are responsible for returns, so they are returned to you first. How you handle returns is at your discretion.

However, you can also book our returns program, in which case we take over the handling of returns, store them and send them on when a fitting order is received.
